Lakeshore HS Students Learn Farm to Table Skills


Lakeshore HS students are in a unique position to learn more about from farm to  table skills at the Erie 2 Boces Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Carrier Educational Center.  They are learning what it takes to grown fruits and vegetables, to farm fish, raise chickens and much more at the aqua-culture program , and then prepare delicious healthy meals directly at the BOCES culinary class.

Learning to grow food and raise fish and chickens are a part of collaborative learning at the Erie 2 Boces Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Carrier Educational Center in Angola, NY.
